Way of life

Little is known about the way of life of the rose-headed parrots. Apparently they prefer the altitudes between 2000 and 3000 meters. The species lives nomadically, especially in the northern part of its range. It only occasionally penetrates the grain-growing areas. The breeding season of the rose-headed parrots begins in November / December and ends after four months when the young birds fled.
