The Rostkovia Falls are a striking and about 200 m high waterfall on South Georgia in the South Atlantic . It falls from Rostkovia Lake into the Lönnberg Valley at the base of the Barff Peninsula .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2015 after Rostkovia magellanica from the rush family , which grows here particularly at the foot of the waterfall.
