The Rostkovia Lake is a 320 m high-lying lake on South Georgia in the South Atlantic . It is located near the base of the Barff Peninsula and flows over the Rostkovia Falls into the Lönnberg Valley and on to Hound Bay .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2015 after Rostkovia magellanica from the rush family , which grows here particularly at the foot of the waterfall.
