Erwin Freiherr Roszner von Roseneck , Hungarian Ervin báró Roszner de Roszenek (born December 19, 1852 in Hontvarsány ; † October 2, 1928 in Telekes ) was an Austro - Hungarian politician .

Life

Rosner grew up in Hungary and was (around 1868) a noble boy in the Theresian Academy in Wiener Neustadt. After graduating from high school , he studied law at the University of Vienna . In 1872 he became active in the Corps Saxonia Vienna . In Vienna he was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD .

In 1879 he was a professor at the Royal Academy of Law in Großwardein . From December 10, 1903 to February 17, 1905, Rosner was governor of the then Austro-Hungarian free town of Fiume . Most recently he was personal minister of the King of Hungary in the cabinet of István Tisza from May 29, 1915 to June 15, 1917 .
