The Rothaus-Gäpfle-Turm Höchenschwand (named after a product series of the Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus ) is a 51.3 m high observation tower at the nature sports center on the north-western edge of the municipality of Höchenschwand in the southern Black Forest . The tower at 1010 m above sea ​​level offers a good view of the Alps when the weather is good.

As part of the restructuring of the place, it was opened on May 17, 2003. The tower shaft with a square floor plan is made of exposed concrete, the pulpit is made of steel. The inner staircase with 249 steps leads to the viewing platform in the pulpit. On its east side there is a climbing wall with different levels of difficulty. The total weight of the tower is 1100 tons.

A swiveling webcam is installed on the top of the tower so that the current weather situation can be called up at any time via the Internet.
