Rover Computers is a Russian manufacturer of computers, mobile phones and consumer electronics.

Rover Computers was founded in 1991 under the name "DVM - servis". Computers have been manufactured since 1991 . In 1995, Rover Computers was the first Russian company to also manufacture notebooks . Since 1996 Rover Computers has been one of the market leaders in the Russian notebook market with the "Rover Book" product line. In 2010, the company also presented its first tablet PC, the Roverpad . Rover Computers also develops multimedia software under the brand name “Sadko”.

In the meantime, Rover products are exported to the entire CIS region , in particular to Kazakhstan and Ukraine , as well as to the Czech Republic , Poland and Bulgaria .
