Roy Chester "Beau" Bell (born August 20, 1907 in Bellville , Texas , † September 14, 1977 in Bryan , Texas) was an American baseball player on the position of outfielders . He played for the St. Louis Browns (from 1935 to 1939) and the Detroit Tigers (1939) , among others . From 1940 to 1941 he played for the Cleveland Indians , where he completed his professional career on September 1, 1941 with his last league game.

In 1937 he was named an All-Star Player of the American League .

Bell died in Bryan , Texas , in September 1977 .
