Christian Felix Streccius (born June 3, 1833 in Stendal ; † February 14, 1889 in Hanover ) was a Prussian major general .

He was the son of Johann Karl Christian (1789–1833), most recently Prime Lieutenant of the Landwehr a. D. and city ​​councilor in Stendal, and his wife Ernestine Eleonore Amalie , née Matthias (1794–1855). Military career

Streccius graduated from high school in Potsdam and then attended the cadet schools in Potsdam and Berlin . On April 27, 1852, he was transferred to the 17th Infantry Regiment of the Prussian Army in Cologne as a second lieutenant . On May 27, 1853 he was assigned to the rifle factory in Suhl for three months. To teaching infantry battalion to Potsdam, he was assigned on 16 April 1856 to 30 September. 1857 From March 1, 1858, where he was promoted to Prime Lieutenant on May 31, 1859, he was assigned to the school department in Potsdam. This was followed by another command on November 22, 1860 as a company commander at the Jülich NCO School . On April 12, 1879, Streccius was transferred to the 1st Rhenish Infantry Regiment No. 25 in Strasbourg and appointed commander of the 1st Battalion. Promoted to colonel on September 13, 1882, he was transferred to the army officers on March 28, 1883 with the award of the rank of regimental commander with the retention of his previous uniform . On May 15 of the same year Streccius was appointed commander of the 4th Rhenish Infantry Regiment No. 30 in Saarlouis . The following year he was awarded the Order of the Red Eagle III on January 20 .
