Royal Harwood Frost

Royal Harwood Frost (born February 25, 1879 in Salem (Massachusetts) , † May 11, 1950 in Shreveport , Louisiana ) was an American astronomer and discoverer of the asteroid Cava .

life and career

Frost was married to Caroline Eliza Mayhew and had five children with her. From 1896 to 1908 he worked under the direction of Edward Charles Pickering as an astronomical assistant at the Harvard College Observatory .
