Ruben Schaken (born April 3, 1982 in Amsterdam , Netherlands ) is a Dutch football player who is primarily used in the storm .
Career
Schaken's professional career began in the 2002/03 season at SC Cambuur-Leeuwarden in the Eerste Divisie . He played for BV Veendam for three years in the second Dutch division. With VVV-Venlo he was promoted to the Eredivisie in 2009 , and one year later he moved to Feyenoord.
On October 12, 2012, Schaken made his debut in the national team at the age of 30 years and six months . Bond coach Louis van Gaal appointed him to the team that competed against Andorra in the World Cup qualification in De Kuip . In the 3-0 win, Schaken scored the third goal.
