The Rubey Glacier is a wide and strongly fissured glacier on the Ruppert coast of the west Antarctic Marie-Byrd-Land . It flows in a northerly direction and flows east of Mount Giles into the western flank of the Hull Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1974 after Ervin B. Rubey (1926-2013), commander of the support work United States Navy at McMurdo Station between 1969 and 1970.
