Rubia Fatima Martins (born June 13, 2000 in Dili ) is an East Timorese athlete who is both in obstacle course and long-distance running .

Athletic career

Rubia Fatima Martins gained her first international experience at the 2017 Asian Youth Championships in Bangkok , where she finished seventh in the 3000 meter run in 10: 58.29 minutes. The following year she took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time , where she finished 13th in the obstacle course with a new national record of 11: 15.27 min. She also started over 5000 meters and was 14th there. In 2019, she reached fourth place over 5000 meters at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas in 18: 00.22 min and was in the 10,000 meter run in 38: 23.30 min . Fifth.
