In 2018 Kobza founded the Viennese coffee brand "Bieder & Maier" together with partners, including barista Valentin Sieglreithmaier, aka 'Maier', with the aim of reviving Vienna as the 'International Capital of Coffee' (Viennese coffee house, Unesco World Heritage Site since 2012) to let.
