Sandra Thier
Sandra Thier (born May 23, 1979 in Graz , Styria ) is an Austrian entrepreneur , journalist and presenter .
Life
After graduating from high school in 1997 in her hometown, Thier studied journalism, communication, theater and media studies at the University of Vienna from 1997 to 2002 and at the same time gained his first journalistic experience at the Austrian radio station Ö3 .
In 2003, she trained as a television reporter / editor at ORF . In mid-2003 she switched to the Austrian private television broadcaster ATV , where she worked as a newscaster and editor for the daily news format ATV plus aktuell and moderated other programs such as the tabloid and news magazine ATV plus live .
At the same time, Thier completed part-time studies in the disciplines of marketing , public relations , advertising and corporate identity at the University of Applied Sciences for Communication Management in Vienna , which she completed in 2004 with a master's degree.
In March 2005, Thier switched to the German commercial broadcaster RTL 2 in Cologne as a newscaster .
