Rudolf Hagemann (Imperial Judge)
Rudolf Hagemann (born May 5, 1876 in Hanover , † October 7, 1945 ) was a German judge .
Life
He was the son of an Evangelical Consistorial President. He passed the first state examination in 1897 (“good”), the second in 1902 (“good”). He became an assessor in the same year. Then in 1905 he became a district judge at the Stade Regional Court and in 1909 at the Hanover Regional Court . In 1915 he became a Privy Councilor of Justice and Lecturing Council in the Prussian Ministry of Justice and in 1919 he was appointed Chief Justice Council. In the same year he came to the Reichsgericht . On September 1, 1937, he was appointed President of the Senate. On March 31, 1942, he retired. He was a revocable civil servant from April 1, 1942 to July 31, 1942.
