Rudolf Friedrich Massini the Younger (born October 4, 1880 in Basel ; † May 31, 1954 there ) was a Swiss internist and professor.

Massini was the son of the physician and army doctor Rudolf Massini and his wife Louise Meyenrock. Like his father, he worked at the Bürgerhospital in Basel , where he was head of the department for infectious diseases, and taught internal medicine at the Medical Faculty of the University of Basel , from 1921 to 1950 as associate professor. In 1947, together with Max Lüdin and Hans Staub , he also led the medical examinations in the Mirin Dajo case .

He was married to Marguerite Speiser. His brother Max (1885–1962) was also a doctor in Basel.
