Rudolf Meyer-Ronnenberg

Rudolf Meyer-Ronnenberg (from 1959: Meyer-Ronberg ) (born November 19, 1904 in Ronnenberg ; † October 28, 1973 in Kassel ) was a German politician ( GB / BHE , CDU ).

Life and work

Meyer-Ronnenberg became managing director of the association of food retailers in the Hanover district in 1928. From 1940 to 1945 he was in the Wehrmacht, then worked as a retail salesman. 1950 to 1954 he was the federal chairman of the main association of the German food retail trade.

Meyer-Ronnenberg was a member of the German Bundestag from 1953 to 1957. Originally elected for the All-German Bloc / Federation of Expellees and Disenfranchised (GB / BHE), he joined the CDU on August 20, 1954.
