Rudolf von Wittenburg
Rudolf von Wittenburg (born June 17, 1842 in Schlogwitz near Zülz , Province of Silesia , † May 14, 1911 in Berlin ) was a German politician. As a real secret senior government councilor , he acted as president of the settlement commission (1891–1903) and was previously district administrator in the district of Neustadt OS (1872–1886).
As early as 1887, he joined the Royal Prussian Settlement Commission in Posen as a Privy Councilor and was President from April 20, 1891 to March 31, 1903.
Dr. phil. von Wittenburg had been a member of the German Geological Society since 1869.
