Rusiru Chathura Gallage (born July 7, 1995 ) is a Sri Lankan middle-distance runner who specializes in the 800-meter run .
Athletic career
Rusiru Chathura Gallage gained his first international experience in 2019 at the Asian Championships in Doha , where he reached the semifinals and was eliminated there with 1: 51.02 min. At the beginning of December he finished fourth at the South Asian Games in Kathmandu in 1: 51.51 minutes.
In 2018, Gallage became the Sri Lankan champion in the 800-meter run.
