Ruth Lea
Ruth Jane Lea CBE (born September 22, 1947 in Lymm , Cheshire , United Kingdom ) is a British economist and financial journalist .
She was named Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2015 . She is a senior advisor to the Arbuthnot Banking Group in London .
