Ryūtarō Iio ( Japanese 飯 尾 竜 太 朗 , Iio Ryūtarō ; born January 30, 1991 in Hyōgo ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Ryūtarō Iio learned to play football in the youth team of the first division club Vissel Kobe and in the university team of Hannan University . He signed his first professional contract in 2013 with Matsumoto Yamaga FC . The club from Matsumoto , a city in Nagano Prefecture in the center of the main island of Honshū , played in the second division, the J2 League . In 2014 he was runner-up with the club and rose to the first division . After a year in the first division, the club was relegated to the second division again at the end of 2015. In 2017 he moved to the league competitor V-Varen Nagasaki in Nagasaki . Here, too, he was runner-up and rose again to the first division. With Nagasaki, too, he had to return to the second class after a year. After relegation, he left the club and joined the first division club Vegalta Sendai from Sendai .
