Ryan Donowho
Ryan Wayne Donowho (born September 20, 1980 in Houston , Texas) is an American actor , best known for his role as Johnny Harper in the hit series OC, California .
biography
Ryan Donowho was born in Texas, the younger of two brothers. His father's name is Wayne and his older brother is Matthew. His talent as a drummer was shown early on . He began his career on the streets of New York , more precisely in the subway shafts of the city, where he played drums as a street artist for many years and earned his money in a music group. One day he was discovered there by an agent who was looking for a model for a campaign for the jeans label Levi's . His first acting role was in The Car Thief and the Hit Man , in which he played a car thief. His most important role up to then he played in 2004 in the independent film Imaginary Heroes , which, although only a minor role, received critical attention. In 2005 he got the role of Johnny in OC, California . Donowho currently lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
