São Jorge de Arroios was a Portuguese community ( freguesia ) in the 4th Bairro of the capital Lisbon . It was dissolved on September 29, 2013 as part of the regional reform of the city of Lisbon and became part of the new municipality of Arroios . It had an area of 1.15 km² and in 2011 18,055 inhabitants.
