São Martinho do Bispo is a Portuguese town and former municipality.

The former municipality ( Freguesia ) belongs to the district ( concelho ) of Coimbra . The community had a total area of 18.7 km² and 13,999 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
As part of the administrative reorganization in Portugal on September 29, 2013, São Martinho do Bispo was merged with the municipality of Ribeira de Frades to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de São Martinho do Bispo e Ribeira de Frades . The headquarters of the new municipality was São Martinho do Bispo.
