São Sebastião is a municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district ( concelho ) of Setúbal . 52,542 inhabitants live in it (as of June 30, 2011).
Together with the municipality of União das Freguesias de Setúbal (São Julião, Nossa Senhora da Anunciada e Santa Maria da Graça) , created in 2013 , it covers the urban area of Setúbal.
