Neuter declension in Slovenian

The neuter nouns in Slovenian always end in -o or -e in the nominative singular , pluralia tanta in the nominative in -a. The neuter Declination - apart from the general for the neutralization of the Indo-European languages typical -a in the nominative and accusative plural  - largely the male declination of inanimate nouns .

As in other Indo-European languages, the following also applies to the neuter in Slovenian:

The _ sign means that this form has no ending.

Example: Kolo (the wheel)

For all these declinations it should be noted that in the endings after the sounds č, š, ž, c, j there is an e , if otherwise there is an o .
