Sé is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in Angra do Heroísmo county ; it forms part of the city of Angra with the eponymous cathedral. It has 955 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). The Castelo dos Moinhos ruin is one of the oldest Portuguese defenses on the island.
