Soeren Tallhem

Sören Tallhem ( Sören Lennart Joakim Tallhem; born February 16, 1964 in Stockholm ) is a former Swedish shot putter .

At the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, he was seventh.

In 1990 he was eleventh at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow , 1991 he retired from the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in qualifying, and in 1992 he was twelfth at the Olympic Games in Barcelona .

At the European Athletics Championships he was eliminated in the preliminary round in Helsinki in 1994 and in Budapest in 1998 .

He was Swedish champion seven times (1985, 1989, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1997, 1998) and five times Swedish indoor champion (1990-1992, 1998, 1999). Starting for Brigham Young University , he became NCAA indoor champion in 1985 .
