Süderfeld is a farming community in the town of Brake in the Wesermarsch district .

history

Süderfeld (also called Sauerfeld) was built around 1500. It is an extension of Hammelwarden in the Hammelwarder Moor. Most of the houses in the settlement stood on the dike.
