Kirchhammelwarden is a district of Brake (Unterweser) in the Wesermarsch district in Lower Saxony .
The place is located directly south of the core town of Brake on the district road K 213 and on the east flowing Weser . The B 211 runs to the west . Since December 2014 there has also been a stop on the Bremen – Nordenham line .
The landmark of the place is the water tower Kirchhammelwarden .
