South Tyrolean Housing Institute

The South Tyrolean Housing Institute (abbreviated WOBI ; Italian Istituto provinciale di edilizia sociale , abbreviated IPES ) is a public-law institution for social housing in South Tyrol . The administrative seat is in the provincial capital Bolzano .

history

The WOBI was founded in its current form in 1972 as a result of the South Tyrolean autonomy regulations .
