Cézens is located south of the Monts du Cantal mountain range , about 32 kilometers east-northeast of Aurillac . The Épie River runs to the east of Cézans . The neighboring communities of Cézens are Paulhac in the north, Cussac in the east, Neuvéglise-sur-Truyère in the east and southeast, Gourdièges in the south and southeast, Pierrefort in the south and Brezons in the west.
