Neussargues en Pinatelle is a commune in the French department of Cantal in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belongs to the canton of Murat in the arrondissement of Saint-Flour . It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from December 1, 2016 by a decree of September 21, by amalgamating the previous municipalities of Celles , Chalinargues , Chavagnac , Neussargues-Moissac and Sainte-Anastasie . The main town (Chef-lieu) is Neussargues-Moissac.
