Sławomir Piotr Rybicki (born June 23, 1960 in Danzig [ Gdańsk ]) is a Polish politician of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ).

Sławomir Rybicki studied law at the University of Gdansk and graduated with a master's degree . In the early 1980s he became a member of Solidarność and a close collaborator of Lech Wałęsa . From 1990 to 1996 he was head of the cabinet of the Gdańsk Voivod Maciej Płażyński . He then headed the Wałęsa office in Gdańsk until 1997. In 1997, with the election of Płażyński to the Sejm and Sejm Marshal , he was again head of its offices. In 2001 Rybicki became a member of the newly founded citizens' platform and entered the Sejm for the first time in the 2001 parliamentary elections . With 12,557 votes, he became a member of parliament again in 2005 and in the early elections in 2007 , 30,218 votes made it possible to move in again.

Sławomir Rybicki is married.
