The SC Unterseen-Interlaken is an ice hockey club from the communities of Unterseen and Interlaken in Switzerland .

history

EHC Unterseen was founded on March 11, 1964. The first general meeting was on May 9, 1964, at which the first name change to Unterseen Ice Skating Club was decided. In the 1964/65 season they played for the championship in the third division. In 1965/66 a second team as well as a junior and a school team was formed. The 2nd team took part in the championship for the first time. On July 22, 1975, the general meeting came together and said no to a merger with EHC Beatenberg. The second name change to the Unterseen-Interlaken Skating Club was on April 28, 1984. The first Skateathon was held in 1985/86. In 1986/87, Fako Karol was employed as a full-time trainer for the first time. The club turned 25 on March 11th. 1989/90 was the celebration of the anniversary in the parish hall of Matten. In 1989/90 the "August Forel Club" was founded. On December 11th, the cooperation agreement between SCUI, EHC Grindelwald , EHC Beatenberg , SC Bönigen and SC Jungfrau Wengen was signed .

  • Season 1965/66: Group winners 3rd division with 6 points and 27: 7 goals from 3 games. Promotion to the 2nd division after Bern IV renounced.
  • 1981/82 season: First promotion to the 1st division.
  • 1983/84 season: Second promotion to the first division.
  • 1991/92 season: Third promotion to the first division.
  • 1996/97 season: The SCUI wins the playoff final against the EHC Wiki. Participation in the promotion games NL B, 2nd final rank thus runner-up 1st league.
  • 1997/98 season: Playoff final against EHC Wiki-Münsingen , participation in the promotion games NL B, 3rd place.
  • 1998/99 season: Playoff semi-final 1st division, winner SC Lyss.
  • Season 1999/2000: The Juniors TOP achieved 1st place in Central Switzerland.
  • 2000/01 season: Playoff final 1st division, final winner SC Lyss .
  • 2001/02 season: Playoff final 1st division, final winner SC Langenthal .
  • Season 2002/03: Playoff final 1st division, final winner EHC Napf .
  • 2003/04 season: winning the central amateur championship title, participating in the games for the amateur championship title. EHC Dübendorf wins the title ahead of Forward Morges and the SCUI.
  • 2004/05 season: Winning the amateur championship title in front of EHC Dübendorf and HC Martigny .
  • 2005/06 season: playoff semifinals, winner SC Lyss.
