The steam locomotives SStB - Chiapovano to Javornik were 26 support tender locomotives of the Southern State Railway (SStB) of Austria-Hungary of the Engerth type .

The 26 locomotives were delivered by the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik in 1856 and 1857.

All locomotives in this series came to the Südbahngesellschaft in 1858 as part of the privatization of Austrian state railways , which they designated as series  21 (from 1864 as series  27 ). All machines in this series were converted into normal triple-coupled locomotives with standard tenders from 1871 to 1884.

At least 25 of them came to Italy, where they classified the FS as series 197 . They were retired from 1925 to 1929.
