The computer magazine ST-Computer from Heim-Verlag (until 1996 ) and falkemedia- Verlag is the longest-lived computer magazine for the Atari ST , Atari STE , Atari TT and Atari Falcon . The first edition appeared in January 1986 , the magazine was not discontinued until issue 1/2004. During this time it appeared eleven times a year. In addition to the regular issues, four special issues were also published between 1986 and 1992.

In 1993 the magazines TOS Computer and ST Magazin were taken over, some sections of the ST-Magazin were continued (Atarium). After the release of the Jaguar console, the ST-Computer added Jaguar game tests to its range. From 1995 onwards, the Macintosh computer was added to the topic, as many ST users emulated their computers, which were now slowly becoming extinct, on the Macintosh. In 1996 the Macintosh part was separated again and the publisher was changed. At falkemedia the ST-Computer was merged with the Atari Inside from the same publisher. From the summer of 2003 to the 01/2004 issue, ST Computer only appeared as a 16-page supplement to the PC world at IDG Verlag .

Since the 08/2014 issue, the ST-Computer has been published every two months as a free PDF and as a small print magazine.
