The SV 1919 Arzbach eV is a German sports club based in the Rhineland-Palatinate municipality Arzbach within the municipality Bad Ems-Nassau in the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis .

post war period
The club's first soccer team rose in the 1951/52 season to the Rhineland regional league, which was third at the time. At the end of the season, the club landed in 17th place in the middle of the season and therefore had to compete in the fourth-class 2nd amateur league from the next season. The club has had a tennis department since 1984 and a skiing department since July 2017.

In the 2001/02 season, the first team played in the Rhineland district league and finished second with 59 points. Thus, the club rose to the next season in the Landesliga Rheinland. At the end of the season, the club placed with 37 points in the middle of the table, but then fell victim to a division reform and had to relegate back to the district league. From there, at the end of the 2003/04 season, it went straight down to 14th place in the district league A. Here, however, succeeded in the championship in the following season. Back in the district league, the class could then be kept with 29 points and 13th place. After the 2006/07 season, however, it was the last in the table with 23 points. After the 2008/09 season it went one more time down to the district league B, and after the next season, it went down to the district league C.
From the 2010/11 season, a syndicate with SV Hertha Nievern was formed in the district league C. With this then succeeded in the 2012/13 season again the championship and thus the promotion to the district league B. At the end of the following season then succeeded with 51 points as third again promotion to the district league A. The championship finally succeeded here at the end the 2017/18 season with 77 points, which made the return at least as SG in the district league. In the following seasons, the class could then always be held. For the 2020/21 season, however, it was decided to withdraw to the district league A due to the expected lack of skill.
