history
The club was founded in 1923 as SV Preußen Glatz and belonged to the Southeast German Football Association . In 1927 the club became Bergland-Meister and was allowed to take part in the Southeast German championship finals .
In 1933 the SV Preußen Glatz missed the qualification for the newly introduced Gauliga Schlesien and from then on played in the third class district class. In the 1936/37 season , the club was champion of the district class Glatz and was allowed to take part in the promotion games to the second-rate district league Middle Silesia, in which Glatz missed promotion with 3rd place.
