The list of Southeast German soccer champions includes all champions of the Southeast German Soccer Association from 1907 to 1933. On March 18, 1906, the Southeast German Soccer Association was founded. The first championship round took place in 1906/07 . In August 1933 the association was dissolved.

The champions of the regional divisions played the Southeast German champions in a final round, whereby the final round mode - along with the frequent reforms of the divisions - had to be changed several times. Between 1914 and 1919 no Southeast German championship was played because of the First World War . From 1925, the Southeast German Football Association was allowed to send two teams to the German championship.

1 Due to time constraints, the Southeast German Football Association arranged a play-off for participation in the German championship before the actual championship decision. FC Viktoria Forst won this 6-1. In the actual decision about the southeast German championship, which took place later, the Breslauer Sportfreunde prevailed.

Regional masters 1907 to 1933

The masters of the highest regional leagues are listed below. The respective Southeast German champion of a year is highlighted in bold. In 1914, 1921 and 1927 it was not a district champion, but the defending champion, who was thus automatically qualified for the final round without having to win his district class, the southeast German champion. From 1929 the runner-up from Upper Silesia was able to win the championship.

1907 to 1914

Initially, games were played in the districts of Niederlausitz, Lower Silesia, Breslau and Upper Silesia. In 1909 the Posen District was added, and in 1911 the Upper Lusatia District.

1920 to 1933

District division of the SOFV 1929–1933

After the First World War, the city of Poznan fell to Poland, so that the district class Poznan was no longer played. The district class of Wroclaw was extended to Central Silesia, the Wroclaw Master now qualified first for the Central Silesian Championship. From 1931, both the Breslauer and the Middle Silesian champions qualified for the Southeast German finals. From 1926 the Bergland district was added.
