The Southeast German Football Championship 1910/11 was the fifth edition of the Southeast German Football Championship of the Southeast German Football Association (SOFV). FC Askania Forst won the championship for the first time with a 3-0 success in the replay against SC Germania 1904 Breslau . By winning the association championship, the Forster qualified for the German soccer championship 1910/11 , in which the team was eliminated after a narrow 2-3 defeat against the eventual finalists VfB Leipzig .

The soccer championship was played in six regional 1st district classes this year, the winners of which qualified for the final round. The district class Upper Lusatia has been added. The district class of Upper Silesia was divided into the districts of Katowice and Gleiwitz , whose respective first-placed winners played the Upper Silesia football championship in a decider .
