Final game for 2nd participant

In the final to determine the second Central Silesian participant in the Southeast German final round, the Central Silesian provincial champion and the runner-up in the A-class in Breslau met. However, since the determination of the provincial champion of Central Silesia was already dragging on, this game was not held and the Wroclaw vice-champion was chosen by the association as the second participant.

A class Upper Silesia

The Upper Silesian Championship was held in a group this season. The SpVgg Vorwärts Rasensport Gleiwitz became Upper Silesian champion for the third time. The runner-up in this district class was determined during the season in a playoff between the runner-up in the round-robin tournament and the Upper Silesian Cup winner. The SuSV 09 from Beuthen prevailed in this game.

Southeast German soccer final

The final round of the southeast German football championship was held in the 1931/32 season in a round-robin tournament. The SOFV again determined that the participants from the three strongest districts Niederlausitz, Mittelschlesien / Breslau and Oberschlesien in the final season played the Southeast German football champions and that the participants from the weaker districts Bergland, Lower Silesia and Upper Lusatia in a separate group only played the participants in the decider played the runner-up. This year, too, the theoretical chance for the championship title for clubs from the three weaker districts was denied.
