The Southeast German Football Championship 1912/13 was the seventh edition of the Southeast German Football Championship of the Southeast German Football Association (SOFV). FC Askania Forst won the championship with a 4-0 win in the replay against FC Preußen Kattowitz . It was Askania Forst's second championship title of the Southeast German Football Association after the triumph in 1911. By winning the association championship, the Forster qualified for the German football championship 1912/13 , in which the team after a 5-0 home defeat against eventual German champions VfB Leipzig was eliminated in the quarterfinals.

District III Lower Silesia

In the district of Lower Silesia further districts were founded, so gaming operations began in the districts of Münsterberg, Glogau, Brieg and Oels. It is not known whether these were official association games. There was a final for the Lower Silesian championship between the winners of Gaus Liegnitz and Gaus Glogau. It is also not known whether there were knockout matches before that.
