The soccer championship was played again this year in five regional 1st district classes, the winners of which qualified for the final round. The district class Mittelschlesien-Breslau now bore the name Mittelschlesien and was also divided into several districts. Since more and more football clubs were formed in south-east Germany, most of the districts were divided into districts.
The district league Niederlausitz ended with the following table position, the FC Viktoria Forst became Niederlausitz football champions for the third time. For unknown reasons, the sixth-placed SC Union Cottbus also took part in the relegation round in addition to the last placed and, despite the second place in this, was relegated to the district class.

SC Schlesien Breslau (Winner District Central Silesia) received a bye .
FC Viktoria Forst (winner Niederlausitz district) received a bye.
“The meeting began with the impetus from Forst. The sports fans got together faster at first and undoubtedly had more of the game in the first half. After changing sides, the Forster had a noticeable advantage for a long time, and Breslau's line of bishops and defense had to work hard to cope with all attacks. It was only shortly before the end that the sports fans showed their superiority again. The game has now been extended by 2x15 minutes. A minute after the restart, Victoria was able to score the first goal from a crowd. Sports fans were now playing with admirable energy. Five minutes later, a corner kicked by Taube and headed by Blaschke brought them 1: 1. Again Blaschke turned a corner with a header. This decided the victory of the Breslau team. "
