The soccer championship was played in five regional 1st district classes this year, the winners of which qualified for the final round. The district class Posen , which existed before the First World War , was no longer played because the province of Posen was assigned to Poland in the Versailles Treaty . The former district class Wroclaw was now called Middle Silesia-Wroclaw. The district class Upper Silesia was divided into the Gaue Beuthen , Gleiwitz , Kattowitz and Ratibor , the district class Lower Silesia in the Gaue Liegnitz and Schweidnitz , the district class Upper Lusatia in the Gaue Görlitz and Sagan .
From the Sagan district, only the winner, Saganer SV , is currently known .

The Lower Silesian Championship was first held in two districts. From these, only the winners ATV Liegnitz and VfB Schweidnitz are currently known . Both played the Lower Silesian district championship in a playoff.

A class Upper Silesia
The Upper Silesian Championship was first held in four districts. The first place and also the runner-up from the Gau Kattowitz played the champions in a final round. The results from the individual districts are currently only partially available.

The final round of the southeast German soccer championship was played again this season in the knockout system . The champions from the 5 districts and the defending champion FC Askania Forst were qualified .
