Saúl Craviotto Rivero (born November 3, 1984 in Lleida ) is a Spanish canoeist .

Career

He marked his greatest success at the 2008 Summer Olympics . There he won the two-man kayak over 500 meters together with Carlos Pérez . Four years later, he finished second in the 200 meters in the K1 in London .

Craviotto has won two world championships so far: in 2009 , he won gold in the 4 × 200 meter relay in Dartmouth in a single kayak (together with Francisco Llera , Carlos Pérez and Ekaitz Saies ). He repeated the same success a year later in Poznan (with Pablo Andres instead of Saies). In the individual start in the same discipline, Craviotto took second place in both competitions.

Craviotto won the 200 meters in a two-person kayak at the 2013 Mediterranean Games together with Carlos Pérez. He came third in a single kayak over the same distance. At the 2016 Olympic Games he won the bronze medal in the K1 200 m at the same time as the German Ronald Rauhe .
