Saarland film office
The Saarländisches Filmbüro eV is a non-profit, registered association with the aim of promoting film culture in the greater region of Saarland , Rhineland-Palatinate , Luxembourg , Lorraine and Wallonia . It has existed since 1987 and is based in Saarbrücken in the Nauwieser 19 culture and work yard in the Nauwieser Viertel .
The work areas of the Saarland Film Office include the organization of regional festivals and the organization of film workshop evenings in the greater region. The association offers German-French video workshops for children and young people and, since 2008, the Créajeune competition. An extensive video and magazine archive is available for research purposes.
