The Sabi Forest Park (spelling variant: Sabbi Forest Park ) is a forest area in the West African state of Gambia .

topography

The 73 hectare forest area is located in the Upper River Region (URR) in the Fulladu East district and was set up like the other forest parks in Gambia on January 1, 1954. It is around five kilometers south of Basse Santa Su , the seat of the URR administrative unit, and east of the road that leads to the next larger city, Vélingara in Senegal . Four kilometers further on the road, on the border, is the place Sabi, which gave the Forest Park its name.
