Sabina Began or Sabina Beganović (born October 22, 1974 in Hamburg ) is a German actress of Bosnian descent who lives in Rome .
She was a lover of Silvio Berlusconi . According to her statement, the term Bunga Bunga goes back to her pseudonym.
