Sabine Fisch

Sabine Fisch (born December 22, 1970 in Scheibbs ) is an Austrian medical journalist , author, blogger and presenter. She is the author of several books on health topics, runs two blogs and sees herself as a feminist .

biography

Sabine Fisch grew up in Mattersburg, Burgenland , where she attended elementary school, the federal high school and the federal trade academy, which she graduated with high school diploma in 1990. Fisch then moved to Vienna and worked as a typist in a PR agency. In order to put her dream of a career as a journalist into practice, in the same year she started working as a fashion editor for the Austrian textile newspaper (today Manstein-Verlag ) at the specialist publisher Bondi .

In 1991 she took up a position at the first Austrian private radio station, Radio CD International, as a speaker, presenter and editor.

This was followed by various activities in specialist publishers and private radio stations, until Fisch decided, at the age of almost 28, to begin her studies at the Federal Social Academy in Vienna, which she graduated with a diploma in 2000. After completing her degree, she continued her work as a writer in a PR agency specializing in medicine and health. After two years, I took the step to self-employment as a medical journalist in 2002.
